Unable to stop job in DataStage Director

When we want to stop a running job in Director, sometimes it does not stop the job and the processes continue running.
To resolve the problem:
1- Go to Job -> Cleanup Resources in Director:
If this option is not enable, you can enable it in Infosphere Datastage Administration. To do this:
- Select the Project and go to Properties. Then activate “Enable job administration in Director”
2- Return back to Cleanup Resources option. Find your item name from Locks menu and click Show by process:
3- Find PID id of your item from Processes menu and click Logout:
4- You can control if the job is stopped in Director:
